For urgent problems outside of normal hours please ring the usual phone number
01296 713434 and you will be given details of the 111 Out-of-Hours Service.

111 is the new number for out of hours medical care “when it is less urgent than 999”

111 will direct you to the most appropriate service which may be an out of hours doctor who can advise you over the phone or visit if appropriate.

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
